Position - Physical Lab Team Leader (NR-Agri Commodities) (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 600,000 MMK

Business- Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC)

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Hlaing Township

Job Description: 

• Oversee daily grain analysis processes and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Supervise sample registration and physical analysis within 24 hours.
• Validate and approve analysis results; communicate with clients on expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external labs for seamless operations.
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
• Lead training sessions and internal audits.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline (Science background preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven experience in laboratory operations, quality control, or grain analysis is highly desirable.
• Good leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external clients.
• Demonstrated ability in management, planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in documentation, reporting, and use of lab management systems or software is preferred
