𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
• Plan, organize, and control daily feed mill production activities.
• Ensure production targets (volume, efficiency, yield) are achieved.
• Optimize plant performance (OEE, downtime, throughput.
• Maintain consistent product quality according to formulations and standards.
• Ensure all feed products comply with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor raw material usage, batching accuracy, and processing parameters.
• Coordinate with QA/QC team for testing and continuous improvement.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of plant machinery.
• Ensure minimum breakdown and optimal equipment availability.
• Coordinate with maintenance team for timely repair and upgrades.
• Manage production cost (labor, energy, wastage, raw material loss).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost per MT.
• Monitor KPIs such as conversion cost, shrinkage, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for raw materials.
• Ensure proper storage, stock accuracy, and FIFO compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Lead and develop feed mill team (production, maintenance, warehouse).
• Ensure manpower planning, training, and performance management.
• Promote a strong safety culture and discipline in the plant.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Minimize incidents, accidents, and environmental risks.
• Prepare and submit production, cost, and performance reports.
• Coordinate closely with Nutrition, Sales, and Logistics teams.
• Support management with operational insights and improvement plans.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Animal Science, Feed Technology, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in feed mill or manufacturing operations.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Working hours may vary based on operational requirements.
• Strong knowledge of feed production processes and machinery.
• Proven track record in leadership and people management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellence in operational planning and execution.
• Demonstrated cost control and efficiency mindset.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Proficient in English (required).
