Position – Pre – Audit Staff (1 Post)
Salary – Up to 550,000 MMK
Business Type – Textile Wholesales Distribution
Working Days – Monday - Saturday
Working Hours – 9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
Location – Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and verify cash receipts, sales invoices, inventory records, and accounting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct regular audits of financial and operational transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify discrepancies, errors, irregularities, and potential risks, and report findings to management.
• Perform stock audits and physical inventory checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Examine supporting documents and accounting records to verify the validity of transactions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Prepare audit reports, findings, and recommendations in a timely manner.
• Follow up on audit observations and corrective actions implemented by relevant departments.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and operational information.
• Assist in developing and strengthening internal audit procedures and control mechanisms.
• Coordinate with various departments to obtain required audit information and documentation.
• Perform other audit-related duties assigned by management.
Job Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Passed LCCI Level (II) UK or equivalent accounting qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or related fields.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, internal control systems, and audit procedures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer applications.
• Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain a high level of professional ethics and confidentiality.
• Positive attitude with strong integrity and responsibility.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to travel for branch or warehouse audits when required.
