Position - Production Manager (M- 1 Post)

Salary - 800,000 MMK ~ 1,500,000 MMK + Lunch Provided + Ferry Provided

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM)

Job Description: 

• The Production Manager is responsible for the planning, organization, and directing of the activities on the production floor.
• They are responsible for direct activities of assigned plant personnel and continuously drives improvement on the production floor.
• This role utilizes resources to achieve results in the areas of safety, production, scrap, and quality.
• They are additionally responsible for coordinating with plant support staff to complete safety training, quality training, preventive maintenance program implementation, capital forecasting and annual budgeting process.
• This role directly manages and leads the Production Supervisors and works closely with Human Resources to ensure the fair and consistent implementation of all plant personnel-related policies.
• Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in Plastics manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• At least three years management experience in a plastic manufacturing environment required
• Advanced English 4 skills.
