𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 – 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬 - 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 – 𝟕:𝟎𝟎 𝐀𝐌 – 𝟔:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌 (𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐬)
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – 𝐃𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐢𝐤𝐤𝐚𝐧 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Monitor daily production, machine conditions, and output on assigned Extrusion Lines.
• Coordinate with Operators to achieve production targets and record output, downtime, and waste.
• Work with QC Team to monitor product quality and communicate quality issues.
• Monitor proper use of raw materials and report unusual waste.
• Monitor key machine settings and record breakdowns/downtime.
• Coordinate with Operators and Helpers to support smooth production and SOP compliance.
• Provide clear shift handovers on production status, machine conditions, and pending issues.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field; Engineering, Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Science, or related fields preferred.
• Experience in Plastic Manufacturing, Plastic Film, or Plastic Bag Production is an advantage.
• Extrusion Machine experience is preferred but not required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to learn production processes and machine operations.
• Basic knowledge of production control, Excel, and Word.
• Good problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Responsible, reliable, and willing to work on the factory production floor.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
• Interested in building a long-term career in Production.
• Willing to 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌 𝒓𝒐𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑫𝒂𝒚/𝑵𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝑺𝒉𝒊𝒇𝒕𝒔 and overtime when required..
