Position - Progect Finance Controller (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Negotiabe based on Experiences & Qualifications

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM)

Location - Bahan Township

Job Description

1. Responsible to assist Project Manager in a project financial operation management of a major sales and delivery of ICT projects

2. Responsible to prepare project-based budget according to Company’s standard and original bidding estimation, ensure all products and services covered by contract scopes are reflected in project budget

3. Produce monthly financial forecast and analysis to monitor budget variance, to produce budget baseline and monitor the execution, ensure consistency between operation result, budget expectation and achievement of the project’s predetermined financial KPIs, support controllable cost reduction to improve project profitability

4. Liaise closely with business team (including sales, delivery, procurement and collection team) to monitor the sale and delivery process, to ensure proper project delivery and documentation for the payment, sale invoicing and collection purpose

5. Ensure project delivery operation is comply with Company’s financial management and internal control regulations"       

Job Requirement

1.Candidates must possess at least a degree in Accounting/ Finance or any equivalent background     Preferably fresh graduate or less than 2 years relavent experiences 

2. Business Commercial for Contract Negotiation

3. Knowledge for Accounting Standard, Taxation, Project Finance Management
