Salary – 800,000 – 1,500,000 MMK (Negotiable) + Monthly Phone Bill Allowance + SSB + Uniform

Working Days – Monday to Saturday

Working Hours - 8:30 AM ~ 4:30 PM

Location - Thingangyun Township

Job Description:

• Lead and oversee the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015

• Review, update, and approve QMS and technical documents

• Ensure proper document control, version management, and compliance across departments

• Develop and maintain QMS procedures, templates, forms, and manuals

• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits

• Ensure proper distribution of approved documents to relevant teams

• Provide training and guidance regarding QMS practices to staff

• Monitor process effectiveness and report findings to management

• Maintain accurate filing systems for controlled documents (soft & hard copy)

• Communicate professionally with all departments and top management

• Report directly to Manager/Top Management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in QMR, Document Control, or Quality Management roles

• Strong expertise in ISO 9001:2015 and QMS implementation

• Experience in conducting internal audits or supporting certification audits

• Any Bachelor’s Degree (Quality-related background is an advantage)

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Ability to lead and coordinate with different departments
