Job Description:
- Contract Administration: Vetting through tender or awarded contracts, providing advice and changes to contract terms.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential financial risks throughout the project and propose solutions to mitigate these risks.
- Progress Claim Preparation and Certification Monitoring: Prepare progressive claims to contractors/client ensuring accuracy and timely submission and track project certifications so that invoice can be issued, ensuring that it adheres to timelines and that financial targets are met.
- Variation Management: Assess and keeping track of project order’s changes with price variations or changes in the scope of work for projects
- Final Accounts: Prepare final accounts for the project, ensuring all costs are accounted for, and settlements with contractors/clients are completed.
- Cost Reporting: Provide detailed cost reports and analysis to stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and to management.
- Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving disputes related to costs, payments, and contractual obligations, providing necessary documentation and support for negotiations or legal processes.
Job Requirement
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Educational Requirements: A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
