Location - Kan Thar Yar Office Tower

Job Description

§  Handle in recruitment and placement functions: Preparing job descriptions, job posting, prescreening, candidates communication, schedule interview for Client.

§  Sourcing and recruiting candidate by using database, social media and LinkedIn and Job platform etc.

§  Communication with agencies for all required position and CV Screening

§  Checking employee working history & job offering process.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree holder. (Diploma in Human Resources Management)

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Recruitment & Selection field of Outsourcing service.

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Demonstrated good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

- Good Communication Skills & English Skills.
