Job Description (JD): 

• The Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing retail operations. 
• This role requires analytical skills, and hands-on experience in retail management within the mobile phone or electronics industry. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct product training for retail staff and promoters to improve sales performance. 
• Handle retail mapping, territory planning, and outlet performance analysis. 
• Manage promotional gifts and ensure proper distribution and control. 

Job Specification (JS): 

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Experience in the mobile phone or consumer electronics industry is an advantage. 

Skills & Competencies: 

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel for sales reporting, analysis, and tracking. 
• Good spoken English communication skills.
