Responsibilities:

·       Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships

·       Lead and facilitate the implementation process, working closely with the customer and internal teams.

·       Conduct comprehensive training sessions to educate customers on the functionalities, features, and best practices of our software.

·       Develop and implement customized implementation plans, aligning the customer's goals with the capabilities of our SaaS solutions.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product, to gather customer feedback, insights, and suggestions for enhancing the software and customer experience.

·       Develop and maintain implementation and training documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.

·       Monitor customer usage and adoption metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement, increased efficiency, and optimization of the software.

·       Provide ongoing customer support post-implementation, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.

·       Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in SaaS solutions to provide customers with relevant information and guidance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

2. Strong understanding of SaaS solutions, implementation methodologies, and customer success principles.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, actively listen, and effectively convey complex concepts to customers.

4. Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships, drive adoption, and achieve business objectives.

5. Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and navigate software platforms.

6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.

7. Highly organized with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

8. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
