Position - Secretary (F - 1 Post)
Salary – Up to 1,500,000 MMK
Business – FMCG
Working Days - Mon ~ Sat (8:30 AM- 5:00 PM)
Location – Tharkayta Township
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative assistance, such as writing email, drafting memos, preparing meeting agenda to Managing Director.
- Maintain updated contact information for company employees, suppliers, and customers; keep such information confidential.
- Write and distribute routine correspondence and reports; compile data, documentation and prepare reports.
- Liaising with staff, relevant organizations, suppliers and clients
- Schedule and attend meetings, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Receive incoming communication via ph call or email, review contents, determines importance and report to managing director.
- Arrange travels, accommodation, prepare and submit report.
- Perform office additional duties and support other functions as needed.
Job Requirement
- Must have Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in secretary or administrative experience
- More than 4 years of experience in relevant, secretary related field
- Able to use computer, Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and writing skills in both English and Burmese.
- The ability to build relationships quickly and effectively, Strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (4 Skills)
