Position - Senior Accountant (F - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 1,500,000 MMK

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (9:00 AM~5:00 PM)

Location - Yangon

Job Description: 

• Oversee month-end and year-end financial closing processes.

• Prepare financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.

• Review journal entries and maintain the Chart of Accounts in accordance with IFRS standards.

• Conduct budget variance analysis and support annual budgeting.

• Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient funds for financial obligations.

• Manage commercial and income tax filings in compliance with local laws.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and manage audit documentation.

• Supervise and review the work of junior accounting staff.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Professional certifications such as LCCI Level 3, ACCA (Part I/II), or Dip-IFR.

• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., ERP systems).

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential financial data responsibly.

• Experience in supervising and reviewing junior accounting staff.
