Salary – 1,000,000 MMK ~ 1,300,000 MMK

Working Days – Monday to Friday

Working Hours – 8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM

Location – Hlaing Township

Job Descriptions:

Financial Reporting & Closing

• Cycle Management: Oversee the full month-end and year-end closing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Statement Preparation: Produce key financial reports, including Balance Sheets and P&L statements.

• Data Integrity: Review complex journal entries (accruals, depreciation) and maintain the Chart of Accounts under IFRS standards.

Analysis & Planning

• Variance Analysis: Compare actual performance against budgets and provide detailed explanations for discrepancies.

• Budgeting: Partner with department heads to build annual financial plans. 

• Liquidity Management: Monitor cash flow to ensure the company meets its ongoing financial obligations.

Compliance & Audit

• Taxation: Manage commercial and income tax filings in accordance with local laws.

• Audit Liaison: Act as the primary contact for internal and external auditors, managing documentation and inquiries.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related Professional certifications such as LCCI Level 3, ACCA (Part I/II), or Dip-IFR.

• Advanced Excel and accounting software proficiency (e.g., ERP systems).

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Ability to handle confidential financial data.

• Experience supervising and reviewing junior accounting staff.
