Position - Senior Associate (Precurement) (M/F - 1 Post )
Salary - Up to 850,000MMK + Ferry Provide
Location - Thilawa, Yangon
Working Days - Mon ~ Fri
Job Description:
• Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and overseas
vendors as per internal department requested. In charge of daily operational purchasing
need such as planning, issuing and following up on purchase orders delivery and shipment
schedules.
• Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and
specifications required for the project.
• Evaluate supplier performance base on quality standards delivery time and best prices and
ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirement and ISO
standard
• Incorporate with Finance Department for the document process , payment terms and the
regulations set up by Finance Department
• Maintain for the document process of the procurement system in softcopy and hardcopy.
• Advise to provide the internal procurement strategies to provide the high delivery and short
lead time requirement
• Make the Day-to -Day report of procurement process to the Superiors and Regular Weekly
and Monthly Report to Superiors
• Take meeting notes and write the meeting minutes for the management meetings
• Cooperate and support other ad-hoc assignment from the manager and HOD.
Job Requirement
• Any bachelor degree
• Certificate of Diploma in Supply Chaing Management in Advantage
• Professional certificate or diploma in Business Management
• Good Command of English in both writing and speaking skills
• Able to use the software application related to the procurement and must be the fast
learner to use the software application
• Knowledge of relevant computer software including MS Office (Word, Excel Power Point)
• Good communication and Negotiation skill with supplier and internal customers. Strong
interpersonal , communication and presentation skills. High level of accuracy, eff iciency
and accountability is required.
• 4-5 years of experiences in related field
• Understanding of payment term, credit and advance cash
• Experience of taking meeting minutes and writing meeting minutes
