Position - Senior Executive Engineer (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 1,500,000 MMK

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - South Okkalapa Township

Job Description: 

• Must lead Electrical, ELV Service Tenders of Commercial, Residential, Industrial Buildings.
• Electrical, ELV Services for cost calculation must be connected with Suppliers and Lead communication activities.
• Supporting the Sales Team to successfully achieve Electrical, ELV Service business; If necessary, participate in leading Tender Clarification Meetings.
• To support the Project Team for the successful completion of the Projects regarding the Electrical, ELV works that have been received.
• To provide leadership for the development of the Electrical QS Team.

Job Requirement

• Strong knowledge of related Electrical/ELV Building Services.
• Must have AGTI, B-Tech, BE (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic & Communication, Mechatronic)
• At Least 10 years working experience in construction commercial building industry tender (Retail, Hotel, Office, Condo, Airport, Hospital etc.) in Medium & Large size building.
• Must be good at using Microsoft Office, Email & Internet.
• Self –motivated with excellent communication, good team work skills and negotiation skills.
• Able to work under pressure & High sense of responsibility.
