Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM)

Location - Thanlyan Township

Job Description: 

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing, reconciliation, and consolidation processes to ensure timely financial closing process.
  • Prepare financial statements, financial reports and supporting analyses (both defined and ad hoc) to summarize and forecast departmental and company business activity.
  • Maintain relationships with key financial stakeholders including regulatory agencies and external auditors. Support the Financial Controller in financial planning and budgeting efforts including updating annual operating and capital budgets for each entity and for new projects.
  • Provide financial data and analysis to department heads to help make informed business decisions relating to department planning, budgeting, and forecasting and Produce reports and analysis on the financial position of the Estate.
  • Consistently improve and implement new processes and internal controls to ensure that all transactions are valid and correctly accounted for, all accounts and financial/management reports complete, accurate, timely and Systems support analytical, structured, and controlled financial reporting needs.
  • Keep abreast of accounting developments, and research and provide recommendations related to complex accounting issues.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate close processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy and integrity, with a special focus on optimizing accounting systems.
  • Direct and delegate work efforts to team members, review quality and completion of work and Provide guidance to team members on complex technical issues, conduct on-the-job training and approvals.
  • Ensure Tax returns and Tax payments as required and liaising with Tax officers and also Coordinate, dealing with External Auditors.
  • Ensure that the organization’s financial records and recordkeeping methods follow applicable accounting standards and Group regulations & guidelines. 
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports to the HQ Finance, Management team and stakeholders.
  • From time to time, you may be expected to execute other duties and projects as are reasonably required of your job, to maintain, promote, develop, and expand the business of our estate and its interests.

Job Requirement

  • Master’s degree in finance or accounting, Certificate in ACCA, CPA, ACA or CFA
  • (10) years & above working experienced in related field and minimum (5) years of experience in managerial skill and oversea experienced in accounting professional must also be essential
  • Able to think creatively within budget and strong leadership & technical skills.
  • Team player with analytical and problem-solving skill
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
