𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬: 𝟗:𝟎𝟎 𝐀𝐌 – 𝟓:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐇𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed cost estimates.
• Conduct cost planning, cost reporting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
• Evaluate contractor claims, variations, and payment applications.
• Assist with tender preparation, evaluation, and contract administration.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents for accurate quantity measurement.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Procurement teams.
• Maintain accurate cost and project documentation.
• Ensure project costs comply with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of cost management processes.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. B. E, B. Tech, or Diploma in a relevant Engineering field is also acceptable.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, M&E, or Construction.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ Preparation, Quantity Measurement, Cost Estimation, Cost Planning, Cost Control, and Cost Reporting.
• Experience in Tendering, Contract Administration, Variations, and Contractor Claims.
• Ability to read and analyze Construction Drawings, Technical Drawings, and Specifications.
• Good knowledge of M&E Works, Building Services, and General Construction.
• Proficiency in relevant Quantity Surveying / Estimating Software.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication, teamwork, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong time management, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work on-site in Myanmar.
