Position - Senior UI/UX Designer (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 1,500,000 MMK

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Work From Home

Job Descriptions:

• Design the product; both User Interface and User Experience (UI and UX).
• Develop deliverable & documentation with high quality and attain customer sign off (e.g., UI/UX, User Story, Process flow, functional specification, interface diagram and data migration definition & scenario etc.
• Build product specification with wireframe, mock up, prototyping, workflow, user journey, and product design.
• Research and analyze product and graphic design trends and principles to stay relevant.
• Arrange and lead design review process with product team, development team, and other related teams.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience through cross-functional teamwork
• Work on every other related design scope to champion the product, build a great brand experience, and win the user's heart.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/Ul designers, and stakeholders to define platform requirements, features, and user stories.
• Ensure adherence to mobile platform development best practices, coding standards, and Ul/UX guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional interaction design experience
• At least 1 year Senior Ul/UX designer role experience.
• Knowledge in web design, mockup and wireframe. (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effect)
• Understanding and appreciation of standard user interface design concepts and processes.
• Solve problems creatively and effectively, An entrepreneurial mindset
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts is a plus.
