Position - Shop Drawing Engineer cum 3D Modeller (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - 2,000,000 MMK ~ 3,000,000 MMK

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM)

Location - Yankin Township

Job Description:

•  Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ etc…)
• Prepare and produce accurate and high-quality shop drawings, as-built drawings and construction drawings in accordance with project requirements.
• Update the shop drawing log before sending the shop drawing to consultant for approvals.
• Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
• Review subcontractors’ shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.
• Coordinate with QS engineer to provide him all the information about any product or site measurement required.
• Participate in solving technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during fabrication or construction.
• Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project.
• Prepare material submittal in conjunction with material to be and approved.

Job Requirement

• Proficiency in 3D modelling and shop drawings.
• Preference for Candidates with Mechanical & Electrical background.
• Good Command of English Language.
• Must Have: Rhinoceros, AutoCAD
• Good to Have: Keyshot or any rendering software skills, Adobe software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and etc.
