Position - Social Media Manager (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 1,000,000 MMK + KPI Allowance + Year-end bonus

Working Days & Hours -  Monday - Friday (First and Last Saturday of monthly) (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Kan Thar Yar Office Tower

Job Description:

1. Develop and execute the company's social media strategy on Facebook and TikTok to enhance brand exposure and user engagement.

2. Create compelling social media content, including copy, graphics, and videos, to attract and retain the attention of the target audience.

3. Manage day-to-day social media operations, including posting, engagement, and community management, ensuring consistency in brand image.

4. Analyze social media data, provide regular reports, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and offer improvement suggestions.

5. Stay informed about the latest trends in the consumer electronics market to ensure the company's social media activities remain innovative and cutting-edge.

Job Requirement

1. Relevant experience in social media management, familiarity with Facebook and TikTok platforms.

2. Excellent English communication skills for efficient collaboration with international teams.

3. Understanding of trends in the consumer electronics market to develop effective social media strategies.

4. Strong creative and copywriting skills, ability to create engaging multimedia content.

5. Familiarity with social media analytics tools, capable of independently analyzing data and providing effective recommendations.

6. Team collaboration skills to coordinate with other departments and ensure consistency in overall digital marketing strategies.

7. Chinese Language is a plus.
