Position - Solution Manager (M/F - 1 Post)

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM)

Location - Bahan Township

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

• The transmission & access solution manager(Or Datacom solution manager) is responsible to keep technical personnel customer relationship, gain insights into customer’s network and business, develop the solution, conduct network design, bidding and quotation for transmission or access product(Or Datacom product).
• Collect and analyze competitor's information, participate in developing and executing competition strategy.
• Enabling partner’s ability to support network design, bidding, quotation and marking activities. Yearly solution and business plan for the customer (group) in charge.
• Take responsibility for yearly order and revenue target.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of bachelor degree in telecommunication engineering or related field.
• Give priority to those with at least 3 year working experience for telecommunication, especially for
• Switch/Router/Wireless AP/OTN/ WDM/ SDH, PON/GPON, FTTx, DSLAM/MSAN.
• Have willing to study new solution knowledge.
• Have knowledge of Telecommunication.
• Strong team work.
• Good at Presentation with strong communication skills.
• Good spoken and written in English.
