Position - Student Service Award (F - 1 Post)

Salary - 300,000 MMK ~ 500,000 MMK + Rewards for Over Performance

Business - Education

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (Sat/Sun Half) (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Tamwe Township

Job Description: 

  • Provides Student Services related information to students, guardians, and employers as required
  • Provides administrative support to various teams within Student Services as required
  • Liaises with applications processing and student cases
  • Participates in Recruitment activities both on and off campus when needed
  • Assists the manager with the effective communication of relevant policies and procedures to students, faculty and staff
  • Maintains student attendance records and collects necessary medical documentation as required
  • Liaises with students, instructors and bus companies to organize transportation for commuting students and for field trips
  • Assists the Supervisor with investigating student behavior cases where BUC policies have been violated
  • Assists with front line reception and other areas within Student Services as required by the Management
  • Contributes to the development of the BUC by observing and implementing College and system-wide policies and procedures, and by participating in extracurricular activities and community events
  • Develops an awareness of and respect for the customs and cultures of BUC students, employees and other team members
  • Attend meetings, workshops and conferences as required.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Manager

Job Requirement

  • A Bachelor Degree Holder
  • Age between 25 - 35 years old 
  • Able to communicate in English 
  • A minimum of 3 years experiences in Communication and Services Sector (prefer an experience in an educational industry)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent client relations skills
  • A detail-oriented approach that delivers consistently high-quality services to deadline within a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team in a multicultural environment and to cope with pressure in a positive manner while working to deadlines within a busy and demanding environment
  • A demonstrated willingness to engage in professional development activities in order to develop and improve new and current skills, and to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization
