โ€ข Promote and sell poultry feed and DOC to existing and potential customers.
โ€ข Identify and develop new customers (broiler and layer farmers, dealers, and distributors).
โ€ข Prepare and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
โ€ข Follow up on orders, payments, and delivery schedules.
โ€ข Provide on-farm technical service and advice to farmers on feed management, chick brooding, biosecurity, vaccination, and farm management.
โ€ข Assist farmers and customers in solving feeding or bird performance issues through field visits and data analysis.
โ€ข Conduct farm performance monitoring and report findings to the technical or R&D team.
โ€ข Collect and report competitor activities, market prices, and customer feedback.
โ€ข Identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges for business growth.
โ€ข Build and maintain good relationships with farmers, dealers, and stakeholders.
โ€ข Conduct farmer meetings, seminars, and field demonstrations to promote company products.
โ€ข Support dealer sales promotions and campaigns.
โ€ข Prepare regular sales and field visit reports.
โ€ข Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations.
โ€ข Participate in training and development programs to improve product and technical knowledge.

๐‰๐จ๐› ๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
โ€ข Minimum 1โ€“2 years of experience in poultry feed, Day-Old Chicks (DOC), or livestock product sales (preferred).
โ€ข Strong technical knowledge of poultry nutrition, poultry production, and farm management.
โ€ข Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
โ€ข Ability to communicate effectively in English.
โ€ข Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office and reporting tools.
โ€ข Customer-oriented and target-driven mindset.
โ€ข Self-motivated and proactive work ethic.
โ€ข Strong problem-solving mindset and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
โ€ข Willingness to travel frequently and work closely with farmers directly in the field.
