โข Promote and sell poultry feed and DOC to existing and potential customers.
โข Identify and develop new customers (broiler and layer farmers, dealers, and distributors).
โข Prepare and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
โข Follow up on orders, payments, and delivery schedules.
โข Provide on-farm technical service and advice to farmers on feed management, chick brooding, biosecurity, vaccination, and farm management.
โข Assist farmers and customers in solving feeding or bird performance issues through field visits and data analysis.
โข Conduct farm performance monitoring and report findings to the technical or R&D team.
โข Collect and report competitor activities, market prices, and customer feedback.
โข Identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges for business growth.
โข Build and maintain good relationships with farmers, dealers, and stakeholders.
โข Conduct farmer meetings, seminars, and field demonstrations to promote company products.
โข Support dealer sales promotions and campaigns.
โข Prepare regular sales and field visit reports.
โข Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations.
โข Participate in training and development programs to improve product and technical knowledge.
๐๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
โข Bachelorโs degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
โข Minimum 1โ2 years of experience in poultry feed, Day-Old Chicks (DOC), or livestock product sales (preferred).
โข Strong technical knowledge of poultry nutrition, poultry production, and farm management.
โข Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
โข Ability to communicate effectively in English.
โข Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office and reporting tools.
โข Customer-oriented and target-driven mindset.
โข Self-motivated and proactive work ethic.
โข Strong problem-solving mindset and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
โข Willingness to travel frequently and work closely with farmers directly in the field.
