Time - 9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM

Responsibilities :

·      User Research: Conduct user research and analysis to gain a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

·      Create Wire-frames.

·      Create Design System: Define brand identity.

·      User Interface Design: Design visually appealing user interfaces with a focus on usability, consistency, and accessibility.

·      User Experience Design: Craft user journeys, information architecture, and workflows that optimize user interactions and overall satisfaction.

·      Interaction Design: Define and implement interactive elements and micro-interactions to improve user engagement.

·      Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.

·      Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests to gather feedback and make data-driven design improvements.

·      Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, business analyst, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless design-to-development handover.

·      Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to drive innovation and quality.

Eligibility :

·      Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field. (Master's preferred)

·      Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities.

·      Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative suite or similar.

·      Strong knowledge of usability and accessibility standards.

·      Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design decisions to non-design stakeholders.

·      Exceptional problem-solving skills and a user-centered approach to design.

·      Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.

·      Adept at working in an Agile development environment and iterative design processes.

·      Knowledge of mobile app and responsive web design principles.
