Business - Manufacturing and Distributing of  Beverage

Position - Warehouse & Logistics Manager (M - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 1,600,000 MMK + Ferry

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 4:30 PM)

Location - Bahan Township, Yangon

Responsibilities

Logistics

• Organize and submit Tax and permit request to Admin.

• Receive Order confirmation from Sales and get approval from Finance

• Inventory checking and planning of delivery schedule

• Ensure SAP and DMS system updated accurately and timely • Follow relevant dispatch process for Own vehicle or third party

• Notify relevant parties for completion of delivery

• Submit the documentations to related department  

Warehouse

• Inventory Control for YGN, MDY and NPT

• Receive Finished Goods, Marketing items and Sales items

• Maintain stock level • Dispatch Goods according to delivery schedule

 • Conduct stock count (Weekly and Monthly)

 • Provide timely report

 • Ensuring team training on warehousing standards and procedures

 Other Warehouses

• Daily verification of stock level between SAP and actual

• Report variation to Finance team

• Report stock replenishment to BM

• Ensure monthly stock check in completed and reported

• Ensuring team training on warehousing standards and procedures.

 Qualifications

• Any Graduated

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management

 SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES

• Experiences at 5 years above/ more prefer with FMCG Industry

• Experiences preparing and tracking orders.

• Excellent organization skills

• Good English skills

• Problem Solving Skill

• Ability to supervise and train staff.
