Position – Warehouse Supervisor (M/F - 1 Post)
Salary – Up to 700,000 MMK
Business Type – Textile Wholesales Distribution
Working Days – Monday - Saturday
Working Hours – 9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
Location – Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and maintain proper stock control procedures.
• Monitor stock movements and conduct regular inventory checks and stock reconciliations.
• Plan and coordinate delivery schedules and transportation routes to ensure timely product distribution.
• Organize warehouse space effectively to maximize storage capacity and operational efficiency.
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with company standards.
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to warehouse team members on operational procedures and best practices.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of warehouse transactions and records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Procurement, and other departments to support business operations.
• Maintain workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse procedures.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Prepare warehouse operation reports and submit them to management as required.
Job Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Warehouse Supervision or Warehouse Operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management procedures, inventory control, stock handling, and warehouse documentation.
• Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of stock-related transactions.
• Ability to plan and coordinate delivery routes and transportation schedules effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer applications.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop subordinate staff.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently under pressure.
• Good personal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, discipline, and commitment to organizational goals.
• Experience in the textile, garment, trading, or distribution industry will be an advantage.
