Position - Account Manager (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 900,000 MMK

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM) (Sat - WFH,9:00 AM ~ 1:00 PM)

Location - South Okkalapa Township

Job Description: 

• Handle the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Manage client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Supervise team members and quality control check for the projects.
• Ensure the timely and successful finish of the project on time.
• Collaborate with the internal team for clients’ needs and wants.
• Build and maintain strong, long-last client relationships.

Job Requirement

• 3 years or more experiences as an account manager.
• Must be able to implement Client Needs & Wants in collaboration with the Internal Team.
• Have strong communication, project management and team management skills.
• Have done the Report & Proposal on time.
• Must have marketing knowledge and client relationship management.
