Responsibilities:

• Able to prospects potential clients and maintain, sustain the existing clients.

• The Business Development Executive has responsibility for managing the daily operation of all sales

and marketing duties

• Gather and analyze local outdoor HR industry trends to the senior management on a regular basis.

• Achieving the sales target and Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

• Planning innovative sales strategy to achieve established targets; Effective time management to align sales efforts with sales targets; monitoring and quality management; Ability to handle entire accounts

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

• Prefer 2 or 3 years of experience in sale and business development.

• Have a strong knowledge on the sale process and how to win a deal.

• Possess a passion for finding and selling to new customers.

• Strong communication, organizational, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Good at developing and maintaining relationships with customers.

• Good spoken and written English skills.
