Business Development Manager 

(Solar Energy – Smart PV – Digital Power Business)

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

· Achieve sales targets for Huawei Digital Power products and solutions (Energy storage).
· Insight industries, market, customer investment trend, analyze competition, design solution promoting strategies accordingly, ensure product solution advantage and project success for an increased marketing share.
· Understand customer’s strategy and requirements, identify customer and market pain points, create strategies and plans accordingly to meet customer demands.

Candidate Requirements:

· Minimum Bachelor's degree or above in Electricity Engineering or related field.
· Over 3 years working experiences in Solar energy, battery or storage business or renewable energy business related.
· Good at public speech, presentation, communication and persuasive.
· Good command in English, both communication and writing.
