Position Admin HR Assistant (M/F - 1 Post)
Salary - Up to 400,000 MMK + Daily Fee+Ferry + Other Benefits
Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:00 AM ~ 4:30 PM), Saturday Alternative Off
Location - Shwe Pyi Thar Township, Yangon
Job Description
- Coordinate in recruitment process such as making interview appointment schedules, follow up with applicantsand presenting at interview session by liaising with line managers.
- To prepare and summit the daily and monthly report on time to Manager.
- To check and operate the leave, on duty and Finger Print Error.
- To check and operate the probation, permanence, Resign, Termination, Dismiss staff.
- To check and operate the promotion, demotion, punishment, fine situation.
- To check and operate the overtime calculation process.
- To check and operate the SSB issues.
- To check and participate the SSB benefits for employees.
- Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Myanmar Labour Laws and regulations.
- Support all administrative requirements of the office: Phone calls, bookings, travels, stationery and pantry supplies.
- Contact Cooperate with government sector .
- Monitor and supervise administrative policies and procedures. (e.g Purchasing, Vehicle, Buildings maintenance,etc,..)
- Check and monitor the management, maintenance, cleaning & security's work schedules daily.
Job Requirements
- Any graduated
- With at least 2 years’ work experience.
- Candidate must be strong on Employee Relations knowledge and skills.
- Must know how to use Microsoft word, excel & PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills, resourceful and result-oriented
- Age is 25-35 years old.
