โ€ข Direct and inspire the sales force, providing the supervision and motivation necessary to maintain peak performance levels.

โ€ข Track sales metrics, emerging market trends, and competitor movements to stay ahead of the curve.

โ€ข Build and sustain high-value partnerships with key accounts, distributors, and external stakeholders.

โ€ข Execute frequent field visits to scout for untapped market opportunities and expand the business footprint.

โ€ข Generate accurate sales forecasts and detailed performance data for executive-level review.

โ€ข Ensure proper implementation of company policies, pricing, and promotional activities.

โ€ข Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Logistics to streamline sales workflows and ensure operational excellence.

โ€ข Manage client concerns and feedback with a focus on rapid, effective resolution and long-term satisfaction.

โ€ข A Bachelorโ€™s degree or higher in any relevant field of study.

โ€ข Proven track record specifically within the FMCG sector.

โ€ข Minimum of (3) years of experience in a sales Management role with demonstrated ability to lead teams.

โ€ข High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
