Position - Area Sales Manager (M/F - 1 Post)
Salary - Up to 1,000,000 MMK + Commission
Business - FMCG
Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
Location - Mandalay
Job Description:
- To manage the relative sales team in order to achieve the most effective and effective way.
- Train, manage and need to handle problem solving with the sales team.
- Relation with existing clients & new potential client’s territory wise.
- Find out the best way for transportation (time, cost and opportunity management).
- To operate the sales team with the best usage of marketing tools (price, product, and distribution).
- Analysis the report from supervisor, taking necessary action and, reporting of market situation, stock balance, customer relation, territory wise and sales volume condition.
- Monthly sales report to individual principals.
- Motivate the sales team for better results &Requirements recognize the performance.
- Must be able to manage the sales team well to achieve the target.
- Upper Regional Dealer Type or Direct Sale Type
- He can influence his team and has good communication skills. Must be a co-operator.
Job Requirement
- Graduate Must have at least three (3) years of relevant work experience.
- Priority will be given to those with experience in the FMCG sector. They must have the ability to try to launch a new brand in the market.
- Experience in marketing a new brand is preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
