Position - Assistant Sales Engineer

Salary - 1,000,000 MMK ~ 1,500,000 MMK

Location - bahan Township, Yangon

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday ( 9:00 AM ~6:00 PM)

Job Description：

·        Implement policies and mechanisms for account management, order management, end-to-end sales project management, and sales authorization and execution management to ensure the effective implementation of accounts and sales strategies.

·        Support sales project and contract review and decision-making, monitor processes. Support the phase closure and contract closure.

·        Manage process deployment and ensure the process are deployed in the department.

·        Be responsible to collect and inspect the acceptance documents for billing and check the acceptance document and asset file

·        Operate billing procedures in internal system; be responsible for invoice accuracy and timely. Preparing billing Monthly reports.

·        Support to define the billing solution based on contracts and negotiates both with customer & internal project team and internal finance team.

·        Communicate with customer and project team for billing issues.

·        Support contract change process to submit customer for project requirement.

Job Requirements：

·         Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years working experience.

·         Working experience in B2B sales and management.

·         Chinese could be used as working language. (Fluency Level)

·         At least 1 years’ work experience in telecom fields with project contract management /bidding /legal / Project experience or over 2 years’ work experience of international company in other fields, and take the role of commercial /purchasing /financial /legal staff or related.

·         Responsible, good at communication and coordination, with data analysis and processing ability.
