Job Description

• To Help keep to sales Team running with own skill as well as Leader ship of Team. 

• To create the sales process. Ability to understand and follow company Policies and procedures. 

• Must be able to travel. 

• Good Presentation and planning skills 

• Ability to prioritize and manager time efficient. 

• Strong analytical, organization, interpersonal and customer service skills 

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills 

• Report writing 

• Ability to work under pressure. 

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies 

• Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets 

• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts 

• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers 

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements 

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts 

• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities 

• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs 

• Liaise with Marketing to ensure brand consistency 

Job Requirement 

• 7 years Plus experience in Manager role. 

• Computer skills Especially Microsoft office, internet and email
