Position - Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - 1,200,000 MMK ~ 1,300,000 MMK

Business - Hotel Industry

Working Days & Hours - 6 Days per Week (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Mayangone Township

Job Description (JD):

• Must be able to develop and implement sales plans to meet assigned sales targets.

• Responsible for maintaining good relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and OTA partners.

• Must collaborate with relevant teams such as Front Office (FO), Food & Beverage (F&B), etc., to effectively implement upselling plans.

• Must take the lead in planning and executing seasonal campaigns, promotions, and brand-building activities.

• Must lead and coordinate with the team in creating both online and offline advertisements.

• Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly reports from the Sales and Marketing Department to submit to senior management and manage tasks that improve team performance.

Job Requirements (JR):

• Must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.

• Must have strong knowledge and skills in digital marketing, social media platforms, OTA systems, and MICE sales.

• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with both own team and cross-functional teams.

• Must be able to use necessary technical tools required in the workplace.
