Position - B2B Sales Executive (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 700,000 MMK + Ferry + Uniform + Phone Bill + Attendance Allowance + Training + Travel Allowance

Business - FMCG

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM ~5:00 PM)

Location - Thar Kay Ta Industrial Zone

Job Description: 

  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts in the CRM system.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit limits for clients.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels and retail networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
