Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM ~5:00 PM)
Location - Thar Kay Ta Industrial Zone
Job Description:
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit limits for clients.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in B2B sales in the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels and retail networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
