Position - B2B Sales Representative (M - 2 Posts)

Salary - Negotiate + Uniform + Incentive + Ferry + Phone Bill + Overtime Fee + Bonus

Business - Mobil Engine Oil

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (Saturday Alternative)

Location - Yangon/Mandalay

Job Description:

  •  Establishes new accounts and service accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule. 
  • Plan and execute weekly way plan to visit to both targeted existing and potential customers 
  • Work together as active members on sales plan/territory and customer’s coverage plan to achieve agreed upon sales volume goals and sales growth targets 
  • Write and follow-up on daily sales call reports, sample requests, customer projects and other requests from customers. 
  • Coordinate between sales admin and customers to confirm the sales order by the guidance of Sales Manager, Sales Supervisor, DSE/SE or even Lube Engineers. 
  • Perform credits collection, as in cash or cheque, periodically from customers to exhibit optimum AR due report (for Cash Collector role). 
  • Report to HOD (Manager). 

Job Requirement

  • Any bachelor’s degree. 
  • Minimum of 3years Sales Experience in related B2B Channel and having Lubricant background is preferred.
  • Personally motivated, Resilience and tenacity. High Responsibility, Honesty. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel).
  • Experienced driver with valid local driver license. 
  • Able to travel, locally. 
  • Experience in B2B Sales is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to drive and possession of a valid driving license are preferred.
  • A university degree in any field is required.
