Position               :               Banking Solution Sales and Pre-Sales Coordinator

Location               :              Kamayut township

Salary                   :              above 7 lakhs

Responsibilities

·        Assist the sales team in generating and qualifying leads, prospecting potential banking clients, and scheduling sales meetings.

·        Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.

·        Coordinate and support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and product presentations.

·        Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and sales presentations that effectively showcase.

·        Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify key industry trends and positioning strategies.

·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to gather technical and product-related information for pre-sales activities.

·        Assist in developing and maintaining sales collateral, including solution brochures, case studies, and sales decks.

·        Support the sales team in negotiating contracts and closing deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

·        Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and advancements in banking technology to provide customers with relevant information and guidance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and industry challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, actively listen, and articulate complex concepts to clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and support sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal preparation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales enablement tools.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
