Position - Brand Executive (F - 1 Post)
Salary - 700,000 MMK ~ 900,000 MMK + Transportation + Health Insurance + Performance Bonus

Working Days & Hours -Monday to Friday (8:15 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Job Description:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing and brand campaigns.
- Conduct market/competitor research and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with agencies, designers, and internal teams.
- Prepare brand event plan under brand strategy.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials.
- Manage and track the marketing budget and invoice processing, ensuring expenses are correctly allocated and recorded.
- Acquire and utilize knowledge and skills according to the situational requirements.
- Coordinate and work with external supplier in a professional manner.
- Assist Brand Manager to achieve marketing KPI & Brand plan .
- Support new product development (NPD) and innovation projects, including concept testing, packaging development, and market launch planning.
- Support Brand Manager to conduct competitor analysis.
- Assist Marketing Plan to Brand Manager and prepare under Brand Manager Guideline.
- Can able to do for the STPC Guideline Sheets and propose ideas of new communication.
Job Requirement:
- Age Under 30 years old
- Female
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in branding/marketing at least.
- Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- English skill must have intermediate.
- Work in a goal driven environment and perform all tasks within the defined timeline.
- Understanding of marketing principles and brand management.
- Creative thinking.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data interpretation.
- Ability to multitask, plan, and manage deadlines.
- Team player with strong coordination skills.
- Highly proactive, self-starter, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the fundamentals of brand management
