Position - Brand Executive (F - 1 Post)

Salary  - 700,000 MMK ~ 900,000 MMK + Transportation + Health Insurance + Performance Bonus

Business - FMCG

Working Days & Hours -Monday to Friday (8:15 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Yankin

Job Description: 

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing and brand campaigns.
  • Conduct market/competitor research and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate with agencies, designers, and internal teams.
  • Prepare brand event plan under brand strategy.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials.
  • Manage and track the marketing budget and invoice processing, ensuring expenses are correctly allocated and recorded.
  • Acquire and utilize knowledge and skills according to the situational requirements.
  • Coordinate and work with external supplier in a professional manner.
  • Assist Brand Manager to achieve marketing KPI & Brand plan .
  • Support new product development (NPD) and innovation projects, including concept testing, packaging development, and market launch planning.
  • Support Brand Manager to conduct competitor analysis.
  • Assist Marketing Plan to Brand Manager and prepare under Brand Manager Guideline.
  • Can able to do for the STPC Guideline Sheets and propose ideas of new communication.

Job Requirement:

  • Age Under 30 years old
  • Female
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in branding/marketing at least.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • English skill must have intermediate.
  • Work in a goal driven environment and perform all tasks within the defined timeline.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and brand management.
  • Creative thinking.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data interpretation.
  • Ability to multitask, plan, and manage deadlines.
  • Team player with strong coordination skills.
  • Highly proactive, self-starter, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the fundamentals of brand management
