Position - Brand & Marketing Manager
Salary - 1,500,000 MMK ~ 2,000,000 MMK
Location - Sanchaung Township,Yangon
Role and Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s brand vision and business objectives
• Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including website management, social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
• Oversee the creation of engaging content that showcases our culinary offerings, ambiance and unique dining experience across various communication channels.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and food critics to garner positive press coverage and reviews.
• Plan and execute promotional events, collaborations, and partnership to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Implement customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to foster loyalty and address customer feedback.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape to refine marketing strategies.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and analytics to optimize campaigns and achieve maximum return on investment.
• Collaborate with our culinary team and restaurant managers to ensure a cohesive brand identity and consistent messaging.
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize impact and ROI.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in management.
• A strong portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns, digital initiatives and public relations achievements.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
• Adept at market research, data analysis, and applying insights to marketing strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with across-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
