Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
Location - Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in identifying potential clients and market segments where HR outsourcing solutions can be effectively offered.
- Supporting the creation of proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials to pitch HR outsourcing services to potential clients.
- Assisting in building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Supporting the sales team in closing deals, including providing administrative support, preparing reports, and tracking sales data.
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on sales and business development performance.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of business development strategies for HR outsourcing.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the HR or outsourcing industry.
- Ability to use CRM and other sales management tools effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 year of work experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Highly organized
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Technical Skills: Expected to be adept at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
