Job Description
- Business development executive will get full ownership of the company’s loan products and be responsible for achieving main KPIs while ensuring the existing portfolio quality and maintaining a healthy PAR ratio.
- Responsible for developing a solid and smooth loan disbursement process and overall operation model to improve the overall performance of the loan products. Responsible for developing and implementing new strategies to recover the existing portfolio.

- Responsible for developing and implementing new strategies to recover the existing portfolio.
- Market research, Competitor analysis, and suggest appropriate changes and modifications to our employee loan, Individual loan, micro loan product.
- Coordinate with the RCMs, RMs, and branch managers to prepare region-wise business plans and monitor the functioning of the business model at the field level.
- Maintain required company and institution visits, customer visits, and field visits to ensure a smooth operation and enhance relationships.
- Communicate the product changes, new processes, findings, and process changes to the front line.
- Oversee the digital transformation of our loan existing portfolios and develop digitalize operation model.
- Conduct product and process audits at branch levels and review the operation process quarterly.
- Maintain a healthy savings existing portfolio under the employee loan, Individual loan, and micro loan existing portfolio.
- Prepared and provided required reports on time.
- Handling customer complaints at the branch level and escalating to management and related departments, if required
- Actively participate in fraud prevention activities monitoring.
- Adhering to the code of conduct/ Fraud prevention policy and all processes/guidelines implemented by the company.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field (a master's degree is a plus).
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or microfinance is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of microfinance (or) financial industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of risk assessment and credit analysis.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the microfinance (or) financial industry.
- Good in MS excel, MS word, MS power point and typing (English)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software.
