Position - Business Development Executive (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Negotiate + Travel Allowance

Business - Outsourcing Service

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Kan Thar Yar Office Tower

Job Requirements,

  • Any bachelor’s degree, preferred in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, (HR outsourcing, or service industry is preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Thrives in social settings, enjoys networking and problem solving
  • Results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams for business growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in English

Job description,

  • Identify and attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process.
  • Conduct outbound campaigns (calls, emails, etc.) to generate leads and sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrating a creative mindset with openness to new ideas for driving sales growth and business expansion.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities in both existing and emerging markets.
  • Develop and present customized proposals based on client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to implementation.
  • Handle the proposal process, ensuring smooth transition from negotiations to contract signing.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term retention.
  • Ensure excellent customer service through consistent follow-ups and support.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate company risks affecting growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine service offerings.
  • Suggest and develop value-added services based on market insights.
  • Attend networking events and industry gatherings to establish connections with prospective clients.
  • Ability to maintain organized and systematic sales data, ensuring accurate reporting and structured insights for the management team to support strategic decision-making.
