Job Requirements,
- Any bachelor’s degree, preferred in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, (HR outsourcing, or service industry is preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Thrives in social settings, enjoys networking and problem solving
- Results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams for business growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Identify and attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process.
- Conduct outbound campaigns (calls, emails, etc.) to generate leads and sales opportunities.
- Demonstrating a creative mindset with openness to new ideas for driving sales growth and business expansion.
- Research and identify new business opportunities in both existing and emerging markets.
- Develop and present customized proposals based on client needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to implementation.
- Handle the proposal process, ensuring smooth transition from negotiations to contract signing.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term retention.
- Ensure excellent customer service through consistent follow-ups and support.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate company risks affecting growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine service offerings.
- Suggest and develop value-added services based on market insights.
- Attend networking events and industry gatherings to establish connections with prospective clients.
- Ability to maintain organized and systematic sales data, ensuring accurate reporting and structured insights for the management team to support strategic decision-making.
