𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

• 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡: Build and refine Excel models, templates, and charts regarding potential clients, market trends, and portfolio data.

• 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡: Identify new business ventures and assess market opportunities (sizing and trends).

• 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Actively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and physical meetings.

• 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚: Support the cost and pricing process by populating and analyzing models using Excel.

• 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲: Help identify and develop new sales channels.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

• Recent graduates or final-year students in Business Management, HR, or a related field.

• Strong Excel skills (formulas, data entry, and basic modeling).

• Good communication skills and a proactive "can-do" attitude.

• Eagerness to learn about the outsourcing and HR service industry.
