๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:

โ€ข Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to grow revenue and client base.

โ€ข Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including C-level and business owner-level stakeholders.

โ€ข Understand client needs and challenges deeply, providing consultative sales solutionsโ€”not forceful selling.

โ€ข Lead and support industry and market research, especially in the Myanmar market.

โ€ข Develop tailored proposals and solutions based on client goals and market insights.

โ€ข Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, training, and operations teams to align on client needs and project delivery.

โ€ข Prepare clear and concise reports, forecasts, and business plans for internal stakeholders.

โ€ข Track pipeline, performance, and opportunities using HubSpot, CRM tools, and Monday.com.

โ€ข Support marketing and growth planning activities, contributing to overall business strategy.

๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:

โ€ข Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

โ€ข 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management.

โ€ข Experience communicating with and selling to C-level executives and business owners.

โ€ข Strong sales track record, with consistent target achievement.

โ€ข Fluent in English and Myanmar (spoken and written).

โ€ข Solid experience in proposal preparation, strategic selling, and business growth planning.

โ€ข Ability to perform market research and apply findings to sales strategy.

โ€ข Excellent relationship management and communication skills.

โ€ข Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to understand customer needs and feelings.

โ€ข Familiar with HubSpot, Monday.com, and CRM platforms.
