Job Description: 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Manage daily operation processes and operation team. 
• Monitor staffs/ operation improvement.

SPECIFICE RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Assign the inspectors for daily import and export jobs and solve difficulties and problem 
• faced by inspectors and clients. 
• Sending the field reports to Document section in time. 
• Schedule onsite visit for vessel loading, discharging, container stuffing and cargo processing. 
• Reports field audit findings to management. 
• Understand and supervises all the buyers and shippers’ requirements. 
• Communicate with the clients for inspection reports and update information. 
• Send the daily cargo preparation and loading reports to buyers/shippers by e-mail. 
• Solve the complaints from buyer and shippers and assist to Manager. 
• Communicate with the local and international clients and share market update information to 
• the related departments. 
• Provide weekly report, rice market share report and monthly report in time to SEAP.   
• Clarifies procedures and job instructions as necessary. 
• Approve staff leaves and checks the requisition for purchase of materials and equipment.  
• Inform HR Department to provide training to staff upon necessity. 
• Make approval for retained document dispose after retention period. 
• Check the calibration in all equipment used in operation and involve in internal auditing and preparation for external auditing.  

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree or higher level
• Proven experience at least 5 years in supply chain management or Agriculture Business  
• Proficiency in English languages (writing and speaking) 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication, collaboration,  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
