Position - Chinese Customer Service Officer (M/F - 1 Post)
Salary - Up to 700,000 MMK

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (Sat Alternative) (8:30 AM ~ 6:00 PM)
Location - Bahan Township
Job Description:
- Take overall charge of all the enquiries, complaints & requests from clients in any kinds of communications.
- Control the hotline number and Helpdesk email, update all requests into the log issue and report to Operations Manager.
- Daily morning check the office situation including cleaning, stationery, pantry, office facilities.
- Deal with subcontractors, including cleaning services, security services, indoor & outdoor services, pest control services.
- Follow up the complaints and coordinate with team members.
- Compose announcements in dual languages with Client approval.
Job Requirement
- Four Skills in Chinese (Read, Write, Speak, Translation).
- Four Skills in English (Read, Write, Speak and Listening).
- Having 2 years working experience in Service Provider Field.
- MS Office & email (Intermediate level for MS PowerPoint).
- Team player and good communication skill.
