Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM)
Location - Bahan Township
General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall quality of sales contracts between company and customers/business partners.
- Design appropriate business model to suit specific business requirement of each bid/contract and prevent/reduce company’s business risk exposures.
- Prepare commercial proposals, bidding SOC, contracts, cover letters and other contract related documentation as required as well as perform contractual/commercial review of bid proposals and sales contracts along with analytical resources from the relevant business units.
- Develop bid/contract negotiation team, plan and strategies with Account Managers in key projects.
- Liaise with customers and strategic partners to clarify and negotiate contractual/commercial issues and to expedite document processing and execution.
- Advise contractual/commercial/negotiation best practices, corporate policy and contract compliance matters to contract implementation teams.
- Conduct business in compliance with corporate commercial and legal requirements as well as reporting incidents of non-compliance.
- Support internal business units in developing proactively avoid future risks/problems arising from contract clauses.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, better majoring in Business management, Economics, Legal, Financial, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related field
- Strong command of English skills with ability to draft business correspondences and sales contracts in English (understand Chinese would be advantage)
- Good communication and negotiation skill, and good computer skills in MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and tight datelines with team-player attitude
- Experience in contract law, project contracting, and/or telecommunication industry is an advantage.
