Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (Sat - Half) (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
Location - Kamaryut Township
Job Description:
- Appoint, schedule, attend meetings, and interpret English to Myanmar, vice versa at meetings
- Take comprehensive meeting notes, prepare detailed minutes, create agendas, and ensure follow-up on any outstanding action items from meetings
- Coordinate & follow up with CEO and functional heads for timely completion of actionable items
- Familiarity with government office procedures and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive business information
- To carry out ad-hoc tasks and or project work assigned by CEO
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree, certification in secretarial work, or related training
- At least 2 to 3 years of work experience as corporate secretary, or corporate personal assistant
- Fluency in both English and Myanmar, (Prefer who can speak Thai language) written and verbal communications, knowledge of specific subjects, interpersonal communications, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills, relationship-building skills, and the ability to collaborate with CEO and Government Sectors
- Willingness to travel as required to fulfill job responsibilities and meet organizational needs
